Withy Pool Rig Owner It's hard to think of a more well-known or more efficient rig for pop ups than the Withy Pool. The curved shrink tubing acts as a superb anti-eject measure, keeping constant forward pressure on the hook, forcing it to take hold. Combine this with a sliding rig ring on the hook shank and the chances of getting rid of the hook are vastly reduced.
