How can I order rigs?

You can call or email us to place your order. You can also download and print this order form, fill it in and fax it to us. Our payment options are PayPal and Cheque only. You cannot pay with a card directly. If you wish to pay with PayPal please let us know and provide us with an email address, and we will email you a PayPal invoice and payment request for you to complete. To pay by cheque, please make it payable to Graham Howard. We will provide you with the postal address.

How long will it take for my rigs to arrive?

We do not keep any stock of our rigs - they are all hand-made to your order specifications, and we therefore ask that you allow 7-10 days for your rigs to arrive. Also, we do not dispatch your rigs until payment has cleared, although prompt cheques and PayPal transactions would have done so well within the 7-10 day period, and therefore should not affect your delivery time.

How are my rigs sent?

All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Your rigs should arrive the morning after the day they are dispatched, and a signature will be required. If you would prefer your rigs to be sent via courier (Business Post), please ask for a quote.
